What is the minimum comp prep time?

The cut-off time for competing is 20 weeks prior to competition, however most preps will go upwards of 24+ weeks to allow ample time to get ready and to be able to implement certain strategies to make the prep as optimal as possible for the client. Ideally we prefer to work with clients a little longer however, and do a few months of offseason to make sure the prep is set up for success. For this reason we have an early bird special of signing up 9months prior to a comp. For more information on this feel free to get in contact.

Is there a lock-in contract in place or can I cancel anytime?

There is no “lock-in” as such however we do have a minimum time of 8 weeks(2 training cycles) as this allows enough time to start seeing progress. A lot of people tend to quit within the first month as sometimes progress is hard to see however the first month is usually the time where your coach is still working out what is going on with your body and what changes can be made to make progress. If there is a fair reason for cancelling within the first month it will be considered however as we believe in the service we provide :)

I’m not looking at competing, do you coach anyone just looking to lose fat and gain muscle?

Yes, we are not just a competition preparation service however cater for anyone wanting to build a stronger, healthier version of themselves.
