Hold Your Own Nachos

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g premium beef mince
  • 60g black beans
  • 100g crushed tomato
  • masterfoods mexican chilli powder
  • 20g light tasty cheese
  • 50g chobani plain 0% fat yoghurt
  • 50g old el paso chunky tomato salsa
  • 80g goodies chips

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180* fan grill
  2. Brown mine meat in a pan
  3. Once mince meat is browned add crushed tomato, black beans and Mexican chilli seasoning(to taste) and reduce on low heat till moisture has evaporated.
  4. Place chips into a baking tray and add mince mix on top with cheese
  5. Place oven tray into oven and cook till cheese has melted to your liking
  6. Take out of over, drizzle salsa over the top and add yoghurt
  7. Enjoy!
